WORKING WITH PTSD AS A BODYWORKER
This course begins with an outline of the diagnostic description, etiology, signs & symptoms, and treatment most commonly used for clients who have been diagnosed with PTSD. We will explore the use of alternative therapies and examine how stress affects our brain. Last, we will look at massage considerations during treatment and what our role is with the client’s diagnosis.
